Fiara is a mobile pizzeria, bringing delicious artisan Italian wood fired pizzas to you, cooked in high temperatures in approximately 90 seconds. We can be found at various street locations and also offer a mobile pizza catering service for private parties, weddings, and public events.
We use authentic Italian ingredients but wherever possible, source ingredients locally. Our hand-made dough is left to mature over 24 hours, making the pizza light and easy to digest. We hand-stretch the dough, add your favourite toppings, then cook your pizza in 90 seconds of wood fired heaven.
