Fiara is a mobile pizzeria, bringing delicious artisan Italian wood fired pizzas to you, cooked in high temperatures in approximately 90 seconds. We can be found at various street locations for collections as well as providing a delivery service and catering for private parties, weddings, and public events. 

We use authentic Italian ingredients but wherever possible, source ingredients locally. Our hand-made dough is left to mature over 48 hours, making the pizza light and easy to digest. We hand-stretch the dough, add your favourite toppings, then cook your pizza in 90 seconds of wood fired heaven.
