We use authentic Italian ingredients; ‘00’ flour, fior di latte mozzarella and hand crushed plum tomatoes from Campania, but wherever possible, source ingredients locally. Fresh yeast is used in our hand-made dough, which is left to mature over 24 hours, making the pizza light and easy to digest. We hand-stretch the dough, add your favourite toppings, then cook your pizza in 90 seconds in 450 degrees of wood fired heaven.
